- How does the class work?

The classes will be delivered through Zoom. You’ll be able to learn and practice with instructors as well as your peers. Also, you can ask what you’re curious about, and receive feedback in real-time.

- How can I select the class that I want to participate in?

- Live Ticket: After purchasing a ticket, you’ll be automatically directed to a Google form for class registration. After submitting the class registration form, the class access link will be sent to your linked email within 24 hours before the class starts.
- ED Online Pass (Full): After purchasing a pass, access links for every class will be sent within 24 hours before each class starts, and you can participate in whichever class you want.

- Can I change to a different class after registering?

Please email us at live@edkpop.com to change your selected class before the class starts and let us know which class you want to change your selection to. We will change your class enrollment and send you the new class access link.

- Are there any additional fees?

No, not at all! You will be able to participate with just installing Zoom on your smartphone, PC/laptop, or tablet device. You do not need to purchase an additional Zoom membership.

- What if I want to purchase passes for multiple classes?

You are more than welcome to join multiple classes! If you want to purchase more than one class, please repeat the purchasing process, and select a different class in the Google class registration form.

- Do I need special equipment to participate in the ED LIVE class?

You can participate by installing Zoom on your smartphone, PC/laptop, or tablet device. For a better learning experience, we recommend a device that can play sounds (ex. Airpods or Headsets) and has a front-facing camera.

- Can I get a refund?

- Live Ticket : Please email us at live@edkpop.com at least 24 hours before your class starts for cancellations or refunds. We cannot refund you after the class links have been sent out. We normally send out class access links 24 hours before the class begins.
- ED Online Pass (Full) : We hope all our classes satisfy your needs to discover KPOP. But in case you are not satisfied with our classes, you will be able to cancel your registration at any time after the payment has been made. Following our 30 days satisfaction guarantee policy, upon your request via our support mail, we can provide you a refund within the first 30 days of your initial payment. Refunds will not be available for accounts which have violated the terms of service or abused our refund policy; violations are determined at ED's sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact support@easterndistricts.com. For more details about our Refund Policy, please refer to Refund Policy section on our Terms of Service.
